Great service and shirts

Reviews of companies are easy to make when everything goes as planned, but when there’s a hiccup in process, the real test is how the company handled it. Our initial order came in missing the complimentary gift. I wasn’t planning on receiving it, but it said it was included. I sent an email out just to let them know “you don’t need to send it, but wanted to let you know it was missing”. Within 5 minutes I had an email back letting me know they insisted on shipping it because it’s “part of the experience”. 10 minutes later they emailed me a tracking number and two days later, it was in my mailbox. Thank you for standing behind your product and your service. It’s an unusual trait these days it seems but much appreciated when it happens. Doesn’t hurt that it’s a company based here in Texas. Wish you guys all the success!
