RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Day 41 Apparel, we strive to make sure you’re absolutely digging the gear and that you’re 100% satisfied with your order.

We’re human and sometimes things slip through the cracks. If for any reason there is any damage to your item upon receipt, please reach out to support@dayfortyone.com immediately so we can take care of you right away.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Day Forty One Apparel, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer the following options:

Returns for Refund

  • Timeframe: Returns for a refund to your original payment method must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable

Exchanges for Store Credit

  • Timeframe: Exchanges for store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn and in new condition.

  • Tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

  • Items must be free of debris, hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear or use.

  • Items must be unwashed and free of any scents including laundry detergent, perfume/cologne, etc.

Important Notice

  • If items returned to us are damaged or deemed non-restockable by our team, a 20% loss fee will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • Returns or exchanges that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted.

  • Free Gift Policy
    Orders that include a free gift must have the gift returned if requesting a refund to the original payment method.

    If the free item is kept, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund total.

 


 

Timely Shipping Required for Returns

  • Label Requests: Customers must request a label within the designated return window stated on their purchase.

  • Timely Shipment Requirement: Once a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date the return label is provided. Items shipped beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or may qualify for a reduced refund amount.

  • Delayed Returns: Packages received outside the specified return timeframe, even if the return label was requested within the return window, will be handled at our discretion and may result in a reduced refund of up 50% or no refund, depending on the delay.

DISCOUNT CODES  

Once an order is placed, a discount code cannot be retroactively applied to the order.  If you are having trouble with a discount code, please reach out to us at support@dayfortyone.com. 


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. 

  

LOST SHIPMENTS

We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS or UPS and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. Day 41 Apparel is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages.

Christmas Season Exchange Policy

We extend our exchange policy 5 days after Christmas Day. If something doesn't fit or needs a new size you can exchange it within that window (if we have the item still available). We want to make sure we take care of you this Christmas and help you ensure you get what you want for Christmas. The person doing the return does need to have the original order number and the item MUST be in new unworn & unwashed condition, free of hair, and any debris. Please contact support@dayfortyone.com to process and exchange.
