Don't be like the others

Don’t spend your last days on earth trying to be like the others.

But understand being different comes at a cost.

The cost you pay is no longer wasting your time.

The cost is you have to seek different different conversations.

You can no longer have the same dead-end conversations with the same people expecting to level up.

Be the type of person that’s ok with paying that cost because you know who you are. Knowing who you are is one of the raddest feelings in the world.

You no longer seek approval. You don’t care what they think.

Eventually you find yourself on a smaller island surrounded by others who also share that same sentiment.

My friend, I’m in another state of figuring out a few things. Sometimes this happens. Hell often times it happens more than I’d like.

You don’t always have EVERY answer at the end of EVERYDAY.

But I have a nugget I want to remind you of: Everyone is already taken.

Just be you.

Be authentically you.

And NEVER apologize for it.
